I know that cutting the cake is one of the most important wedding traditions and so I take great pride in being asked to create a truly beautiful centrepiece that radiates with your personality and style. From the wide selection of flavour combinations and infinite design options, I will help you to make your wedding  cake one of a kind.

Make an enquiry

Your initial enquiry can be made via email using the contact form. You will need to provide details of your wedding date, where your reception venue is and how many guests you hope to have. Also if you would like to include any other information such as design inspiration or theme ideas this would be great for me to get a fuller picture of your vision and to be able to provide an estimate cost. 

Cake tiers are ordinarily approximately 5” deep unless otherwise requested based on the design choice. You will see some tiers in my Gallery being double height which creates a really magnificent aesthetic.
 These are available in the following finishes:
 

Iced  (Sugarpaste/Fondant) 

Your cake will be covered in white chocolate ganache then in Couture sugarpaste icing and smoothed with a sharp edge for a clean, contemporary look. 

No Fondant

Buttercream – Sponge covered in silky american buttercream with a smooth or textured finish. 

Semi-naked – Sponge lightly covered in buttercream with slightly visible cake layers.

Naked – Visible layers of sponge with no outer covering. Often decorated with fresh fruit or flowers.
Ganache – Sponge covered with white, milk or dark chocolate ganache with a smooth or textured finish.

You can have one showstopper tiered cake or several smaller showstopper cakes for a unique display. Add on some cupcakes, brownies, cookies, iced biscuits and meringue kisses and you’ve got yourself a sweet dessert grazing table.
Consultations and Cake Tastings

1:1 Consultations for you and your partner are available if you would like some help and advice with the design process. These are by appointment only at my home in Newry and take up to 1 hour, including a cake tasting of up to 4 flavours of your choice. There is a £25 fee for this service which is deducted from your balance should you proceed to booking.
 
Collection of cake samples costs £25 which is deducted from your balance, should you place a wedding cake order.  If collection isn’t possible or convenient, a boxed selection of your choice can be sent by guaranteed next day delivery, to your home or work address. The cost for this service is £35 within the UK. This is deducted from your balance should you place a wedding cake order.
Placing an order

Before booking you will receive my terms & conditions via email. Please read over these and check you are happy as payment of the booking fee will act as your agreement of these terms & conditions. Bookings are provisional until the booking fee has been received. The booking fee is a flat rate of £100 and can be paid in cash or via online bank transfer. This ensures that your date is safe and no other orders will be taken for this day. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks in advance of your wedding date.

Delivery

All wedding cakes are personally hand delivered to your venue anywhere across the island of Ireland.

Each tier is transported individually and assembled on site to reduce the risk of damage and to ensure the cake is set up to your exact design specification.  There is a charge for this service depending on distance travelled.
